Whirlwind’

The Castle Doctrine sweeping United States as a whirlwind reuniting Americans with the right to protect themselves and loved ones from danger.

The doctrine simply places into law what is a fundamental right: self-defense.  If a person is in a place he or she has a right to be [front yard, on the road, at work, strolling in the Park, etc.] -and confronted by an armed predator, he or she can respond in force in defense of their lives and others.  Also, it protects the law-abiding citizens from criminal and civil charges for defending themselves against an attacker whereby, after enduring the trauma of a violent attack, they aren’t dragged through a nightmarish legal battle that could threaten their financial future.

Aside from Florida, other states have latched unto the whirlwind and the Castle Doctrine is now the law.

When South Dakota Gov. Mike Rounds signed Castle Doctrine legislation into law this February, that state became the second to protect its citizens.

On March 21, Indiana Became the third state to pass Castle Doctrine when Gov. Mitch Daniels signed it into law.

ALABAMA, Gov. Bob Riley signed the legislation on April 4th into law.

IDAHO, Gov. Dirk Kempthorne reunited the  citizens of their right to self-defense on April 14.

n ARIZONA, Castle Doctrine legislation was signed into law April 24 by Gov. Janet Napalitano.

GEORGIA, Gov. Sonny Perdue signed Castle Doctrine legislation in the state on April 27.

Gov. of Kentucky, Ernie Fletcher signed the legislation into after it passed overwhelmingly in both the House and the Senate.

On March 27th, MISSISSIPPI Gov. Haley Barbour signed the Castle Doctrine into law.

And in OKLAHOMA on May 12th, Gov. Brad Henry mode law Castle Doctrine legislation that had passed both the House and Senate by overwhelming margins.

On May 1, Alaska House voted unanimously in favour of Castle Doctrine legislation.

MICHIGAN House in April passed a four-bill Castle Doctrine package.

MISSOURI House passed the Castle Doctrine.

NEW HAMSPHIRE, Legislators passed a Castle Doctrine Bill in April 2006.

It you live you live in any state where Castle Doctrine is pending or has yet to be introduced, call your representatives and let them know that the rights of law-abiding citizens should come before the rights of the lawless.

When the  rights of the victims’ are placed before Criminals’, it’s very clear whose interests the elected officials are choosing to protect!
