Has some sense prevailed ? Police chiefs across the country are working to create data base of criminals convicted crimes involving guns. The data-base would include the name, address, vehicle description, physical description and history of anyone convicted of a firearms violations- such as felon in possession of a handgun or carrying a concealed weapon- who has used a gun in commission of a violent crime, or, could this just be precursor to the registration of law-abiding gun owners leading to confiscation- which has taken place in Australia, Canada, Bermuda, Cuba, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, and Jamaica- the list goes one.

When there are new laws or programs introduce that effects the citizens, we must always keep in mind the Constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners.
